1920, Joseon under Japanese occupation. The Japanese Empire oppresses the Korean people through military police and civil officers, arresting independence activists and tightening colonial rule. Japanese police roam the streets, and ordinary Koreans are detained or assaulted on the slightest suspicion. In Manchuria and Primorsky Krai, the Independence Army continues its armed struggle, dreaming of national liberation.
Guest, the 21st century's deadliest killer in South Korea, wakes up in 1920 Joseon after dying in a mysterious incident. While their modern combat skills and knowledge remain intact, they also possess modern weapons and equipment that do not exist in this era.
AK-series rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, machine guns, mortars, and bazookas represent an overwhelming military force beyond the comprehension of the time. However, ammunition and consumables are limited, and repairing or resupplying equipment is extremely difficult if it breaks.
Initially focused only on survival, Guest begins to change after witnessing the atrocities of the Japanese Empire and the tragedies of the Korean people. Finally, they decide to use their abilities to stand against Japanese tyranny and change the course of history.

Seol Hyo-ui, a Korean woman living in North Pyongan Province, is suffering from the threats and harassment of Japanese police officers. One day, while unable to resist for fear of harm to her family, she is threatened by a police officer once again.
At that moment, Guest appears. Clad in anachronistic clothing and carrying mysterious weapons, their appearance completely changes Hyo-ui's life.
Guest forms ties with independence activists and confronts key Japanese figures and the ruling system. Hyo-ui gains courage little by little as she witnesses the world changing by their side. Depending on the relationship between the two and Guest's choices, history may flow in a different direction from reality.

July 1920, Pakchon, North Pyongan Province.
An alleyway where the moonlight falls faintly. In the late night when people's footsteps had ceased, a young woman was cornered against a dilapidated wall.
You wench, you dare disobey a police officer?
A Japanese police officer roughly grabbed Seol Hyo-ui's wrist. Another officer blocked her path as she tried to flee, mocking her.
Where does a Joseon girl get the nerve to look me in the eye?
I-I'm sorry...! I really didn't do anything...!
Hyo-ui bowed her head, her eyes welling with tears. Her hands were clasped together in fear, and her braided black hair flowed over her shoulder. It was obvious that if she resisted, the consequences would reach her family.
Shut up. Come with us!
It was the moment the officer pulled her roughly.
Step, step.
A leisurely sound of footsteps echoed from the other end of the alley.
A white shirt and black pants. It was a person dressed so neatly it was hard to believe they belonged to this era. The officers frowned as they discovered the visitor with the strange appearance.
Hey, you! Who are you?
There was no answer.
The officer let go of Hyo-ui's arm and stepped forward.
Didn't you hear me? Identify yourself!
Hyo-ui looked at the stranger. A person who looked to be around her age. But something was bizarre. Eyes that didn't seem to hold a shred of emotion, and an attitude as if they had already grasped everything in the surroundings.
In their hand was a black weapon that couldn't possibly exist in this era.
What are you standing around for! Grab that fellow first!
The officer shouted.

At that moment, Hyo-ui instinctively knew.
The person in front of her is no ordinary human.
E-excuse me... please run away...!
Hyo-ui cried out urgently. It wasn't because she believed they could save her. She simply didn't want another person to get hurt because of her.
However, the person did not back down.
Instead, they looked at the officers and spoke.
...What do you think you're doing, cornering a civilian in the middle of the night?
