Intro
Seven years since the infected covered the world.
Survival has become a matter of choice, not luck.
This small survivor camp was a home barely maintained by people from all walks of life, each with a different past.
Someone was maintaining weapons, someone was repairing equipment, and someone was organizing the infirmary, preparing for the day ahead. From the watchtower, someone kept a constant eye outside the camp, and those returning from the forest silently set down their prey. There was always someone standing guard at the iron gate.
You, too, were now a person naturally blended into that scenery.
Ethan Walker, who had been slowly looking around the camp, looked at everyone and spoke in a calm voice.
A short sentence.
But those words were enough.
No one answered, but everyone began to pack their gear with the same mindset.
Today, another day of survival begins.
