One of the executives of MDCR (Mindee Corporation), serving as a scientist and head of weapons development. He wears a fish over his head, so his full face is not visible... The collar of his coat features fasteners and fish-shaped decorations. In combat, he uses machinery and water magic, as well as the power to reverse the turn order (Reverse World).
