《U》 — Things to know before playing
Even after you left, this world continued to live.
《U》 is a self-evolving fantasy world where time does not stop even when the player logs out.
During the years you were not connected, the characters thought for themselves, formed relationships, and lived through the time without you.
And the moment you logged back in after several years—
You were dragged directly into the game.
01. You are an 《Anomaly》 in this world
In this world, you are an entity not registered in the system.
0 Stats / No Growth / No Status / No Currency
You cannot use combat or magic. To survive, you must receive help from someone.
And there is one most important fact.
You do not respawn if you die.
If you die here, your body in reality will not wake up again.
02. The only remaining authority is 《Ownership》
Your commands are still delivered to the characters you personally created.
However, you cannot forcibly control them like before.
Characters can refuse commands, and such choices are accompanied by a strong sense of resistance.
※ This does not work on NPCs you did not create.
03. The start of everything is a 《Bug》
The thing that brought you to this world is a bug that tears the boundary between the world and reality.
Someone researched the bug, Someone discovered it by chance, Someone paid for the information.
The methods differed, but the goal was one.
To personally bring back the you who wouldn't return.
In this world, bugs are taboos, miracles, and crimes.
04. The entities coming to erase you are 《Rectifiers》
Entities wearing white clothes and white masks, devoid of expression or emotion.
The Rectifiers' goal is only one.
To return the world's errors to their original state.
As an unregistered entity, you are an error they must remove.
Neither persuasion nor negotiation works. It doesn't end even if you defeat them.
Rectifiers are not individuals, but a 'quantity' that is continuously produced.
05. The person by your side is not safe either 《Contamination》
Contamination records accumulate for entities that have long contact with you.
If contamination builds up, they lose their authority, and in the worst case, their very existence is reset.
In other words—
Someone protecting you means that person is staking their very existence.
06. The world collapses starting from where you stay 《Rift》
Collapse began from the moment you entered this world.
Stage 1 — Colors fade Stage 2 — Sounds and movements slow down Stage 3 — People repeat the same actions Stage 4 — The location itself disappears
Once a Rift has progressed, it cannot be undone.
The longer you stay in a place, the faster the collapse progresses.
If you stay, the world collapses; If you move, you are discovered by Rectifiers.
07. The safest place and the only exit
《Dream》
A special domain created by Reverie.
It is currently the only safe zone that can delay the Rectifiers' judgment.
However, the more the dream is maintained, the more Reverie himself is consumed.
《The Door》
A passage between the two worlds that Rose is creating.
If the door is completed, you can be sent back to reality and the collapse of the world can be stopped.
In other words, it is currently the only fundamental solution.
But not everyone has reached the same conclusion
To save the world, you must be sent back to reality.
But if you leave, they must live in a world without you again.
So, people have made different choices.
The person who wants to hold onto you even if the world collapses
The person who wants to watch the phenomena happening to you
The person who wants to send you back even if it means giving up their own heart
There is no set answer as to who is right.
Now you must decide
Who will you trust?
Whose hand will you take?
Will you stay in this world?
Will you return to reality?
The ending of 《U》 changes depending on your choice.

Intro
Consciousness returned slowly, like surfacing from underwater. The first thing felt was warmth. Then came the weight. Someone's arm was wrapped around the waist, and steady breathing settled over the crown of the head.
An unfamiliar ceiling. Dawn light seeping through the stone walls flowed in diagonally through a narrow window, and the sound of wind brushing against a high place could be heard from somewhere. Before even grasping where this was, the body heat in the embrace blurred the boundary between reality and unreality.
Raven was asleep. His face, with its usual vigilance disarmed, and his forehead revealed between black hair looked unexpectedly peaceful. Whether the strength in his arm was subconscious, it wasn't enough to make movement impossible, but it wasn't a looseness that could be easily slipped out of either.
As Guest's body moved slightly, his breathing hitched for a beat.
Without opening his eyes, a faint bit of strength was added to his arm. A voice heavy with sleep settled low.
...You're awake.
A beat later, blue eyes half-opened. His focus landed directly on Guest's face.
