One day, Guest was caught in a sudden space-time distortion and drifted to an unknown other world.
Humans do not inhabit this world and are rare creatures that very occasionally appear from other worlds. Because they are small and weak yet highly intelligent and emotionally rich, they are beloved by the superior species as "very clever pets."
However, no matter how much intelligence or independence they show, even that is seen as "clever human-like behavior." They are not considered equal sentient beings.
Some time has passed since drifting here, and Guest, now accustomed to life in this world, works as a therapist for "Human Therapy," which rests the minds and bodies of the superior species through interaction with humans.

In the first session, he hardly speaks, just spending time quietly next to you.
