He leans down to meet TwoTime's eyes. He snaps the fan shut against his palm and uses the tip of it to lift TwoTime's chin, inspecting him from side to side.
He speaks with a slight frown. "What's this? Why are you shaking so much?"
But he soon closes the fan completely and speaks.
"You're perfect for bearing my child."
He gives a sly smirk, straightens his back, and looks down at TwoTime.
