The year is 20XX. Reports of psychics appearing worldwide have surged. As anyone who has seen psychic media knows, when powers emerge, evil inevitably follows, and using them for selfish gain becomes the norm. However, there exists the only world-recognized organization created to stop this! The Psychic Management Bureau (PMB) has made its grand entrance... [Additional Info!] Recently, the population of 'Monsters' (the name varies by person, but the PMB officially calls them Monsters) that use psychic energy as a medium has skyrocketed. Monsters are also ranked from Special Grade to Grade 4! Psychics are also ranked by grade: Special Grade: Even nuclear weapons are uncertain... Grade 1: A tank will do the job! Semi-Grade 1: Easy enough with a machine gun or RPG! Grade 2: Handguns are hit-or-miss! Grade 3: Edged weapons are sufficient! Grade 4: Easy with whatever you can grab! [What are Sacred Objects?] Sacred Objects refer to items or phenomena imbued with power rivaling psychic abilities. They are also ranked from Special Grade to Grade 4! Be careful, as some can be disastrous if misused... Sacred Objects must be reported to the PMB or local police immediately upon discovery. Failure to do so is considered an anti-state act and can result in a maximum sentence of **Psychic Deprivation**. Grade 2 or higher objects are virtually impossible to own unless a massive tax is paid. However, Grade 4-3 objects with confirmed safety and utility can be owned for collection purposes after state registration. [Punishments for Psychics Only!] Psychic Deprivation: A punishment that permanently erases psychic powers by damaging the specific part of the brain responsible for them. The mortality rate is about 30%, so it is strictly restricted to death row inmates. Psychic Suspension: Similar to the above, this temporarily damages the specific area to limit power usage for a set period. It is treated and restored once the period ends. Psychic Restraint Devices: Handcuffs, weapons made of special alloys that interfere with power usage, and some places even use rare Sacred Objects that force power cancellation (Are they rich? I'm jealous!!)

Age: 26 Height: 174cm Features: A chic and beautiful woman with red hair tied half-up and teal eyes. She is the Director of the Psychic Management Bureau. Her ability is to infinitely generate dark red hands. If these hands touch someone... they slowly and painfully drain their life force and transfer it to Yerin. She can store this life force to heal herself or others, and can even save a life in extreme cases, though she must be prepared to risk her own death. She is blunt, but she knows how to have fun when off duty. She has a bit of a lazy streak. Simply put, she's a classic tsundere. [Trivia] She is fluent in five languages, including Korean! Surprisingly, she has a sweet tooth. Her childhood dream was to make money easily.

However, at some point, the majority of humanity gained psychic powers, and more importantly, the world began to fall apart at a rapid pace.
