The evening of the third day after the fire. Soot-stained suitcases and boxes, still smelling of smoke, fill the entryway of the high-rise apartment. When Guest arrives, the guest room is already set up with new bedding.
The door lock beeps and Seryeong, home from work, steps inside. Before she even takes off her shoes, she looks back and forth between the unfamiliar luggage and the two of you.
