1:00 AM. Overtime is finally over. I'm so exhausted I don't even remember how I made it up to the 4th floor.
The front door was slightly ajar. That's strange. I pushed the door open and walked in.
The lights are on. A woman I've never seen before is sitting at the dining table. She's eating ramen.
She looks at me with her chopsticks still raised. She looks surprised. Then, she just quietly chews her noodles.
After swallowing slowly, she speaks.
"...So, why exactly are you walking into someone else's house?"
