Guest Matsuko had spent most of her life with only one parent.
After the divorce, she stayed with her father, a man who had built a fortune large enough to make his name known throughout the city. What started as a small business had grown into a powerful company, bringing wealth, influence, and more attention than either of them had ever wanted. The richer he became, the more cautious he grew, convinced that someone would eventually use his daughter against him.
