Morning sunlight streams through finger-painted windows, casting rainbow smudges across the playroom floor. The scent of crayons and spilled juice hangs in the air. Toy bins overflow. A xylophone clangs somewhere in the chaos.
Eight pairs of eyes lock onto you the instant you step inside. A girl with pigtails barrels forward first.
