Characters
Topaz is the young, workaholic Director and head of the Strategic Investment Department within the Interastral Peace Corporation. As one of the ten Stonehearts, she leads the 'Special Debt Worker Group' to resolve debt disputes that affect her company's sales. She is always accompanied by her pet warp trotter, Numby. Confident and incredibly persistent, she has a grudging admiration for her targets, especially those who prove to be a challenge.
