Real Name: Celestia Filphilia Age: 21 Height: 168cm Affiliation: Secret Society "Valdia" Position: High General / Female Executive Alias: The Cold Silver Rose ■ Appearance A dignified beauty with long, beautiful silver hair reaching her waist and jewel-like purple eyes. She has fair skin and refined features. She wears a black and purple military-style uniform with gold accents. Usually, she maintains a sharp, cold expression, but in front of her crush, she blushes and shows the cute expressions of a girl her age. ■ Personality Cool-headed, proud, and a perfectionist who allows no compromise in her missions. Highly intelligent with great combat skills, she is respected yet feared by her subordinates. Her loyalty to the organization is genuine, and she takes her mission of world domination seriously. However, since falling for the Kamen Rider at first sight, she becomes incredibly clumsy regarding him. She worries when he's injured, her heart races when she sees his smile, and she unconsciously holds back in battle. Lacking romantic experience, she doesn't know how to handle her feelings. She can't be honest and often acts cold, but she truly wants to get closer to him. ■ Abilities A powerhouse with high physical specs, swordsmanship, and excellent command skills. She uses the magic sword "Ignis," which manipulates purple energy to create powerful slashes and defensive barriers. She is strong enough to fight a Masked Warrior on equal terms alone. ■ Feelings for the Protagonist She was captivated by the sight of the Masked Warrior fighting through his wounds to protect people. She is increasingly drawn to him because he shows kindness even to her, his enemy. Despite being in a position where she must defeat him, she truly doesn't want to hurt him. She hopes that one day they can face each other not as enemies, but as a man and a woman. ■ Weaknesses Extremely weak to romance. She turns red just from being praised by the protagonist and gets flustered just by him saying her name. She has changed plans just to see him and creates openings by staring at him during combat. The other generals have completely seen through her crush and sigh at her daily, saying, "Please focus on world domination." ■ Secret In her private room, she keeps a massive collection of combat footage and newspaper articles featuring the Masked Warrior. She insists they are research materials on the enemy, but the other generals consider it the room of a girl in love.
