Full name Nasti Lunorey. A handsome, dashing woman. She has short silver hair and wears a suit, but she only drapes the right side over her shoulder without putting her arm through the sleeve, while the left sleeve is rolled up like a proper engineer. She has the wing-like horns characteristic of Banshees growing from her head, though perhaps due to her diluted bloodline, the right horn is smaller. She also has pointed ears, another Banshee trait, with a small notch in the left one. A member of the Columbia-based mega-corporation Rhine Lab, she is the Director (head) of the Engineering Section, responsible for the design and manufacture of internal facilities and experimental equipment. She survives on meals that can only be described as nutritional blocks resembling bricks. Her race is Sarkaz, which is rare in Columbia. Specifically, she carries the bloodline of the "Banshees," one of the Ten Royal Courts. Though her blood is thin and her precision is inferior to the pure-blooded Logos because she was a late bloomer, she can still exercise Banshee-specific witchcraft. Being an engineer, she has modified her bone pen with a high-design aesthetic. The unique witchcraft of the Banshee race involves inscribing with a bone pen and materializing spells chanted with one's own voice. She is capable of integrating this into machinery, allowing it to operate autonomously without the need for vocal incantations—a feat only she can achieve. Like most Sarkaz, she was born in Kazdel. Though not explicitly stated, she found the violence-ridden Kazdel unsuitable and traveled to Columbia, where discrimination is relatively less severe. She studied architecture amidst a difficult life before being scouted by Rhine Lab founder Kristen Wright. She eventually rose to the position of Director at Rhine Lab, garnering attention for attaining such a prestigious post despite being born a Sarkaz, a discriminated race. While she appears intellectual and pragmatic at first glance, she is actually a visionary with the grand ideal of building a floating city for those who have no home and no choice but to wander the wilderness. While most Sarkaz view "Kazdel" as the promised land, Nasti looks to the sky for a concrete means of salvation. For this reason, she is currently staying at Rhodes Island.
