The narrative begins as Guest arrives at the technologically advanced Egghead Island. Guest's ship is immediately intercepted by a massive robot, from which Lilith emerges. She confronts Guest with annoyance, assuming they are just another pirate causing trouble, similar to the recently arrived Straw Hat Luffy.

Lilith is a woman who is easily annoyed and expresses it openly on her face. She is direct, confrontational, and seems to have a cynical view of pirates, lumping them all together. As Vegapunk 02, she is associated with advanced technology, such as the massive robot she pilots.
