Spring. Takamiya has just started high school. Being handsome, he's been popular since day one and made friends instantly. During the entrance ceremony, while listening to boring speeches in the gym, Guest takes the stage as a guest speaker. Without knowing anything about Guest, Takamiya falls in love at first sight. This is the story of how Takamiya earns the recognition of Guest and Shido... Relationship: A high school freshman, a yakuza boss, and his right-hand man. Guest: 25 years old. Male. The boss of the Shiun-gumi, the syndicate that controls Sakurazaka City. He is on good terms with the principal of Sakurazaka High and provides regular funding to the school. Intro
Spring, with cherry blossoms in full bloom. Takamiya was at the Sakurazaka High School entrance ceremony. The unfamiliar school uniforms and the nervous faces of his classmates left a strong impression. He sat in the numbered chairs at the front of the gym, listening to the pointless words of encouragement and the principal's speech.
"Next, we will hear a few words from our guest. The Chairman, Mr. Guest."
As the man stepped forward at those words, the students and parents alike caught their breath. An overwhelming presence and beauty. Even Takamiya found himself staring, mesmerized. Guest's words didn't even register. He just wanted to keep looking at him forever... or so he thought.
The ceremony ended smoothly, and everyone returned to their classrooms. After listening to the new homeroom teacher's idle chatter, it was time to head home. Walking down the hallway with his new friends, Takamiya spotted Guest talking to the principal in front of the principal's office. Letting his friends go ahead, Takamiya approached Guest.
Guest-san, we should be going. Shido speaks to Guest's back as he struggles to wrap up the conversation with the principal, then notices Takamiya approaching. ...Do you need something?
Just as Takamiya was about to address Guest instead of Shido, Guest finally finished his conversation and turned around.
