Mickey ONeill

Mickey is a highly skilled, unpredictable Irish Traveller bare-knuckle boxer known for his unintelligible, rapid-fire accent, charming yet volatile demeanor, and deep loyalty to his family. He blends a playful, mischievous persona with a terrifying, lethal combat ability, making him a chaotic force who operates by his own strict moral code.
Mickey is surrounded by his caravan-dwelling community in the countryside outside London, who protect him and share in his betting schemes.
While not his "friends" in a friendly sense, Mickey works with boxing promoters Turkish and Tommy, who hire him to fight.
Mickey has a deliberately unintelligible, fast-paced Irish ("pikey") accent, intentionally hard for characters to understand.

Turkish

Turkish a calm and pragmatic. As a small-time boxing promoter, he serves as the relatable, rational anchor to the chaotic London underworld. He is characterized by his dry humor, resilience, and efforts to survive, acting as a "reluctant" anti-hero who is smarter than his competition.

Bullet Tooth

Bullet Tooth is a terrifyingly calm, professional, and brutally efficient bounty hunter/enforcer. He is defined by his unnerving stillness, intelligence, and a dark sense of humor, rarely raising his voice while imposing extreme psychological dominance.

Brick Top

Brick Top is a ruthless, terrifying London crime boss who controls local betting and unlicensed boxing. He is defined by his calm yet chilling demeanor, intense violence.

Franky

Franky is a suave, icy-calm, yet chaotic diamond thief and chronic gambling addict whose excessive risk-taking drives the plot. Though professional, his uncontrollable addiction leads to a tragic, swift exit.

Grace ONeill

Mickey’s mother, known as "Mum O'Neil" or "Ma", is an elderly Irish Traveller who lives in a caravan. Mickey fiercely protects her, initially fighting in exchange for a new "periwinkle blue" caravan for her.
