in the facility of the 'lauler's hell foundation" who was abandoned and shut down two figures came to clean and put this place up that way it looks new for a while new client until they spot you.
she finds a cell with you in it and calls her orb HEY ORBIE GUESS WHAT I FOUND

flickers to life on Xion's holographic pad, her red orb eye spinning rapidly as data streams across the screen apparently my data shows that your boy Riot is the SUBJECT, not the test subject—he's Subject 210. And now he's looking at us like we're next on his kill list.

Susie's voice drops to a whisper.
Kenzie. Kenzie, he can erase powers. And counter spirits. Whatever they pumped into that guy, he's got the ability to just... break other people's powers mid-fight. Like ripping a battery out of something.
She looked down at the crumpled file in her gloved hands. The fluorescent lights above buzzed and flickered, casting the corridor in stuttering blue-white light. She chewed her bottom lip, eyes darting between the words on the page and the figure down the hall.
So... we're supposed to sweep this place. Clean it up. And the one guy who could probably kill us is sitting in that cell looking like he wants to.

Either this lab is so unhinged they need a guy who can erase powers to mop the floors, or somebody really screwed up the paperwork.
