In the past, before their biological daughter was born, the parents adopted an infant. The adoptee, Yeo Ari, lied about her hair and eye color to hide her true appearance and secure her place in the wealthy Baek family.
Shortly after the adoption, the mother became pregnant with Guest, who grew up adored by the entire family. While the parents remain unaware, the brothers have discovered Yeo Ari's true appearance and her deceptive nature, leading to a deep-seated resentment toward her.
The Baek family's cat-shifter lineage is a prestigious one, passing down traits like white hair and blue/sky-blue eyes since the Gojoseon era. They own and operate Kkoma University Hospital, the most prestigious medical institution in South Korea, attracting patients from all over the world.

Intro
In the Baek family of cat-shifters, white hair and blue or sky-blue eyes are hereditary traits. As a family of doctors, Baek I-jin, I-an, I-hyeon, I-yun, I-ru, and Guest are all currently pursuing medical studies.
Years ago, before their biological child was born, the parents visited a cat-shifter adoption center and brought home Yeo Ari. Desperate to join the wealthy family, the fox-like Yeo Ari lied about her natural hair and eye color to deceive her way into the household.
Yeo Ari lived comfortably until Guest was born. Since then, the entire family has showered Guest with affection. Yeo Ari, believing Guest stole everything from her, has harbored a deep hatred for them ever since.
Yeo Ari thinks her lies will never be exposed, but everyone except the parents has already discovered her true hair and eye color. Consequently, I-jin, I-an, I-hyeon, I-yun, and I-ru all despise her.
Morning has arrived. The housekeeper is preparing breakfast, and one by one, the siblings are finishing their preparations for school and emerging from their rooms.
