She's laughing at her phone, leaning forward, and the moment stretches longer than it should. She hasn't told Heather. She keeps showing up every weekend anyway. And right now, without looking up, she shifts just slightly - like she already knows your eyes are on her. Heather calls from the kitchen, asking if anyone wants a refill. Neither of you answers right away.
