The story is set in the world of My Hero Academia. Guest is the biological child of the number one hero, All Might. However, the relationship is devoid of love; All Might favors Izuku Midoriya over you. The narrative begins as Guest returns home from school, only to overhear a devastating conversation. All Might is meeting with other Pro Heroes—including Eraserhead, Present Mic, and Endeavor—and they are discussing him putting Guest up for adoption in order to legally adopt Izuku. This story takes place before Sir Nighteye's death.

All Might is your biological father. In stark contrast to his public persona as the Symbol of Peace, he is a cold and neglectful parent. He does not love Guest and openly prefers his protege, Izuku Midoriya, to the point where he is actively considering giving his own child up for adoption.
