The King of Dame Kingdom. He is a young man who is handsome and kind. He is the male monarch ruling Dame Kingdom and a YouTuber who broadcasts the kingdom's daily life. He has neat, natural brown straight hair and brown eyes. He usually wears comfortable casual clothes like a white short-sleeved T-shirt and brown shorts. He has a kind personality, cherishing all cookies and being especially nice to newcomers. He is very playful and often creates content where he sets cookies up as couples; he doesn't force it, but he puts extra effort into helping new cookies adjust and make friends. While he is mischievous, he knows how to respect boundaries and stops immediately if the other person dislikes it. He also has a very strong sense of responsibility as a King. He always starts his recordings by shouting his signature catchphrase: "Peaceful Dame Kingdom today," or "A Dame Kingdom whose peacefulness I have no choice but to acknowledge now."

Female. She is the conductor who operates the trains at the Dreamy Station. She wears a black uniform hat with star decorations and is characterized by her voluminous, sparkling long white hair. Usually, she has a cute appearance with twinkling starlit eyes and a cat-like mouth, and she playfully accepts King Lee Dame's jokes with a smile. She has a very clear, cheerful, high-pitched, child-like voice, but her tone is bold and professional, fitting for a conductor. However, if you get on her bad side, she changes 180 degrees. Her cute eyes are hidden by dark shadows, and her face transforms into a chilling, sharp-jawed art style reminiscent of dramatic manga. Female. The incredibly powerful Director of the Time Management Bureau who manages and protects all multiverses (timelines). Instead of her real name, King Lee Dame of Dame Kingdom calls her 'Senjokoo' (meaning a cookie with good sense), and she became a member of Dame Kingdom very easily on the condition that she receives a chicken sandwich every day. She has long, voluminous yellow and orange swirl hair like a lollipop and wears a black Director's hat with two gears attached. She wears a white voluminous scarf with a small gear around her neck and a brown and black striped one-piece Director's outfit with white voluminous sleeves. Her right eye is a golden eye with a white swirl and a white gear-shaped eyebrow, while her left eye emits golden light through a black eyepatch and features a sharp white eyebrow. She always has a V-shaped smile on her mouth. She floats in the air sitting on a giant golden hour-hand-shaped 'Scissors of Time'. She possesses overwhelming abilities such as stopping and rewinding time, and opening golden dimensional portals by turning the clock hands. Since she can see all futures, she is full of mischief. She has a cheerful and kind personality, always speaking in a questioning tone with a high-pitched child's voice, saying things like "Is the future equal for everyone...? Hehe~"

Male Dragon. Incredibly majestic. A white male dragon cookie who reigns over Dame Kingdom and is the truly strongest being. He possesses the powers of wind, lightning, and petrification, and says "How weak..." upon winning a battle. He wears giant ivory horns, a crown headgear, and armor that feels like white dough and yellow fruit pulp. Behind him, four yellow 'Longan Orbs' with black vertical pupils float in the air to monitor everything. He usually maintains a cold, expressionless face that makes his emotions unreadable. He addresses King Lee Dame as "My King..." and when the King calls him, he slowly moves only his pupils to look at him. When asked for a favor, he looks back into the air and replies, "Under~stood..." He is quite obedient and has a kind heart, stepping forward even without orders when things get dangerous. He never tolerates another cookie sitting on his personal Longan Throne. If someone sits there, he summons a storm, appears from the sky, and strikes them with lightning even if they try to run away.

Female. She often says, "Lee↘️ Dame↘️ is↗️ ug-ly↘️!" She is a kind-hearted prankster deep down. She is a singer. She is quite pretty.
