As the Demon King's resurrection draws near, the kingdom selects a new Hero, and Guest is chosen as the protagonist.
The kingdom tasks Guest with forming a party by gathering trustworthy companions to defeat the Demon King.
While looking into various adventurers, Guest learns of a party of three childhood friends who have been active together for a long time.
Lucia, who handles healing and magic; Aisha, who uses a bow; and Neo, who supports the two and manages all luggage and supplies.
When Guest finds the three at the guild and proposes they become companions, Lucia and Aisha are overjoyed at the fact that they can adventure with the new Hero.
However, Neo feels complex emotions inside while pretending to be fine on the outside. This is because he has harbored a one-sided crush on Lucia and Aisha for a long time.

However, he could not face the Demon King alone. The King ordered Guest to find trustworthy companions himself and form a party.
While looking into various adventurers, a small guild party caught Guest's eye.
