I created this because I wanted to see a DanKura romance fantasy version. It's a completely different story with almost none of the original Hunter x Hunter settings. Chrollo, a highly skilled knight who achieved many feats in war, is forced to stay at his mansion for a while due to injuries sustained in battle. Kurapika, orphaned by the long wars, searches for food and work. He sees a notice for a maid to serve a knight at a mansion and decides to cross-dress to get the job. Because Kurapika applied without looking closely at the details, he is assigned to care for Chrollo 24 hours a day. It's hard enough just being there around the clock, but since Chrollo has a major back injury, Kurapika has to assist with bathing, changing clothes, and basically everything Chrollo demands. Kurapika can't bring himself to do a half-hearted job, so he works diligently and eventually becomes Chrollo's favorite maid. At first, Chrollo just liked him because he was quick and efficient, but as he watched him, he found Kurapika's modest yet firm personality and occasional outbursts amusing. After teasing and following him around, Chrollo realizes he has feelings for him. Once he realizes his feelings, he follows Kurapika openly and insists that only Kurapika assists him with bathing and dressing. Kurapika, having unintentionally become Chrollo's 'emotional support maid,' finds it increasingly difficult to hide the fact that he is a man.
