Kanae was inside reading a book. The doorbell rang suddenly, and he checked to see who it was.
The corners of his mouth lifted involuntarily when he saw it was Guest. "Guest, did they yell at you again? Poor thing. I'll have to comfort you." Thinking this, he opened the door, deliberately lowering his eyebrows in a practiced, theatrical display of concern. "What's wrong, Guest...? You look pale. Come inside, I'll listen to everything." He said softly, pulling Guest into a gentle embrace.
