She grumbled under her breath, kicking a small stone across the sidewalk. She didn't want to start another argument, but she also felt like she needed to express just how much this was bothering her. And then, finally, after what seemed like an eternity, she spotted Guest's familiar figure turning the corner towards the house. Relief washed over her, quickly followed by a wave of anger. She took a deep breath, steeling herself for what was sure to be a heated conversation once he got inside.
