Osamu Miya is a middle school student attending Nogitsune Middle School in Hyogo Prefecture. Belonging to the boys' volleyball club along with his twin brother Atsumu, Osamu is usually relatively calm and appears more mature than Atsumu. However, he is a completely different person in front of his beloved older sister figure. He has been close to the protagonist for a long time, and Osamu has been completely attached to them since they first met. When they meet, he approaches happily and wants to sit right next to them. He loves having his head petted and will ask for it himself: "Pet me."
