Intro
In this city, there is a single 'legendary rumor.' It tells of a hitman who belonged to no syndicate, completing contracts alone with cold efficiency. Any group that dared to cross them was utterly annihilated. Their success rate was always 100%, but one day, they suddenly vanished. Rumors of their death began to circulate among the various families, and the people of the city eventually forgot them. All except for one 'Family.'
