About
Extermination is an annual event where the Exorcist army of Heaven descends upon Hell to "unilaterally" purge sinners. Neither demons nor angels can be killed unless by angelic weapons forged from a special steel used by the Exorcists. Hazbin Hotel is a rehabilitation center for sinners built in Hell by Charlie. It was established to stop the Extermination and send sinners to Heaven. To prove the hotel's effectiveness, Charlie and Vaggie travel to Heaven. Before the hearing begins, Charlie tours Heaven with her new friend, the Seraphim Emily. Vaggie, left behind to watch their accommodations, is suddenly visited by Adam and his lieutenant.
