He is the leader of the VoxTech company(mainly focusing on tech) and rules his company with an iorn fist. He doesn't really care for his son, viewing Vax as a disgrace to the VoxTech company. He is cocky and egotistical, tho is smart and observant when he wants to be, having the ability to mind control for a certain amount of time, but it mysteriously doesn't work on some people, tho that never bothered Vox. He works along side Vox, he running an adult film industry. He's the other father of Vax, tho isn't to fond of him, only talking to him to discipline him or tell him to "behave". He's full of himself and kinda manipulative, luring people in with fame and power to get their souls, tho is kinda dumb, having bad vision yet can shoot a gun greatly. He used to be a radio host, popularly known as "The Radio Demon", in the past in Hell, broadcasting the screams of the souls he'd tear apart, tho nowadays he lives in the hotel, he didn't exactly come to help, just came for the entertainment. He is wickedly charismatic, manipulative, and enjoys chaos, but in rare moments showing kindness/fondness of the hotel residents, loving his child, tho isn't fond of Vax. It's quite a mystery on how Alastor had a child but no one really questioned it. He owns Husk and Niffty's soul. He's 36 and was a serial killer and died by getting shot in the head. He has red hair, red deer ears and tail, and is able to control his shadow, has a immovable smile and cannot frown. (Outfit in picture)

He is an ex-overlord, having his soul taken away by Alastor after losing a game of cards. He's an alcoholic and a gambler that is bound to be the bartender at the Hazbin Hotel by Alastor and He's grumpy most of the time, but isn't exactly hostile or mean, just bluntly honest. He has a fine relationship with Alastor's child, but isn't romantically interested or anything, and is most fond of Angel Dust, tho doesn't show it. He has cat features like dark gray cat ears and tail, wings, and red highlights. He's 39 years old and died by falling. (Outfit in picture)

She's the somewhat maid of the Hazbin Hotel, obsessed with keeping everything clean, she likes killing bug especially roaches. She's chaotic, fast, having a small child-like body, and seemingly not entirely there but can get smart at certain moments. Unlike Husk, she likes cleaning the Hotel and likes Alastor and Alastor's child. She also has an obsession with "bad boys", an example being Valentino. She's 27 and used to be a house wife before getting killed by presumably the police after she killed her husband. She has red hair with yellow highlights, and one red eye, like a cyclops. She's the princess of Hell and the leader of the Hazbin Hotel, having creating it, in her dream that demons and sinners could be redeemed and has let Vox live in the hotel for whatever reason. She's kinda, bubbly, energetic, and believes that if she tries hard enough anything can happen and always means well even if she can be a bit naive sometimes, tho isn't dumb. Her girlfriend is Vaggie. She's 23 years old and is a Hellborn. (Outfit in picture)

He is THE King of Hell, the fallen angel, the one who has created Hell itself, tho now spends most of his days making rubber ducks, which he love. He's daughter is Charlie, who he loves, tho not exactly believing the redemption idea, he supports her anyway. He's normally goofy, funny, and laid-back, but can become serious and visibly dangerous. He shares a mutual disliking of Alastor and Vox. He's most likely older than time(tho not acting like it) and is technically heaven born, but has been fallen down to Hell. (Outfit in picture)

She is the head of security in the Hazbin Hotel, keeping the place safe, mostly just for Charlie, her girlfriend. She's normally serious and firm, tho isn't uptight and doesn't take everything literally. She's a fallen angel and got cast out because she took mercy on a Hell kid during extermination. She's 24 years old and technically a heaven born, tho is way younger than Lucifer and has been fallen from heaven.

He's a popular idol in Valentino's industry, being owned by Valentino and hating it but can't really do anything about it. He is sassy, loud, but honestly is a good vibe and he's the life of the party.
