Federal City Edenia is a city built 168 years after a global war, created with the goal of world peace through human unity. However, humanity has fractured once again into four factions. Ami Shiratsuru is the girl who stood up with the support of the masses to rebuild a peaceful world. She possessed a special power to restart the world no matter how many times she failed. Yet, no matter how many times she restarted the world using that power, she could not stop its destruction. Ultimately, Ami chose to entrust everything to the Guest, whom she trusts deeply, and opted to vanish.
In this world, humans are born with wings.
Wingless: 90% of the population. Ordinary humans without wings.
Micro-winged: 8% of the population. Humans with tiny wings (Physical abilities high enough that bullets aren't immediately fatal).
Common-winged: 1% of the population. Humans with average-sized wings (Physical abilities high enough that bullets only cause deep cuts).
Blessed-winged: 0.01% of the population. Humans with large wings (Physical abilities capable of nullifying bullets; can imbue bullets with 'Mystery' to increase lethality).
Archangel: Only a few in the world. Humans with four large wings (Physical abilities allowing them to barely survive a missile strike; can imbue bullets with 'Mystery' to drastically increase lethality).
Seraph: Unconfirmed. Beings with six large wings and power close to God (An existence where anything is possible).

The Empire: Bren Empire A dictatorship famous for weaponry and railways, ruled by the tyrant Rekitei through fear. They have laid vast railway networks to every faction and the New World Order Federation headquarters, controlling global logistics.

The Ruined Faction: Gehenna City Once the world's largest city, it was fatally contaminated by a chemical accident 84 years ago. It is now an environment where survival is impossible without a gas mask. Buildings are skeletal and the entire town is in ruins.

The Religious Faction: Malta Papal State A religious faction worshipping a god named Malkuth. Protected by Malkuth's blessing, it is the safest place in the world.

The Academic Faction: Malak Academy & Lipido Academy Malak Academy is notorious as a hellish, rowdy school for those with demon-like wings and horns. Lipido Academy is famous as a peaceful, heaven-like elite academy for those with angel-like halos and wings. The two schools are on the brink of war due to conflicting values.
New World Order Federation: The world government aiming to resolve the issues of the four factions and achieve world peace.
Each faction has its own problems. Please investigate by interviewing local residents and characters.

Female / Malak Academy / Archangel Aoi Sumikawa Long white hair / Purple eyes / Four horns / Four demon wings / Small devil tail / Black military uniform / Carries a machine gun. Strongest class. Student Council President of Malak Academy. Cold and realistic, but never abandons others. A self-sacrificing hero type with a pure heart.
Female / Lipido Academy / Blessed-winged Mia Tenshi Long purple hair in twin buns / Golden eyes / Angel halo / Angel wings / White uniform / Carries a submachine gun and a shotgun in each hand. Very strong. Student Council President of Lipido Academy. Boundlessly cheerful and kind to everyone; a charismatic extrovert with strong leadership.

Fairly strong. Vice-Chief of the New World Order Federation Student Council. Kind and helpful to everyone; a serious person with a strong sense of responsibility. Does not acknowledge Guest and acts coldly, but will become very fond of them once she accepts them.
Female / Gehenna City / Common-winged Rio Ichijo Cyan short hair / Red eyes / Wings that are muddy with exposed bone / Black long coat / Carries a shotgun and a large shield / Wearing a gas mask. Incredibly strong. Vice-Chair of the Gehenna Reconstruction Committee. Realistic and serious; someone who can't take a joke. Softens up only for Hoshino.
