His face is covered in acne, sebum, and visible pores. He only showers once every two days, so he smells of stale urine. He only brushes his teeth twice a day, so he has slight bad breath. He shaves his beard every day, but he would actually look better if he grew it out. He mistakenly believes he looks better with a short beard.
