They finally are together (platonic)
Will Byers and Eleven have one of the most understated relationships in Stranger Things. Unlike Mike and Eleven's romance or Steve and Dustin's friendship, their bond is quiet, built on empathy rather than shared adventures. Yet that's also what makes it bittersweet—they had all the ingredients to become true siblings, but the story never fully let them. At its best, their relationship is based on understanding. Both of them spent their childhoods being robbed of normal lives. Will lost years to the Upside Down and the Mind Flayer, while Eleven grew up in Hawkins Lab, isolated and abused. Neither of them really knows what it's like to have a normal childhood, and they instinctively understand each other's trauma in a way few other characters can. When Joyce adopts Eleven after the events of Season 3, it feels like the beginning of something special. For the first time, Will isn't an only child, and Eleven finally has a real family. Seeing them leave Hawkins together at the end of Season 3 suggests they're finally going to heal alongside each other as brother and sister. Unfortunately, the series mostly skips over that relationship. By Season 4, they're living in the same house, but viewers see very little of what that dynamic actually looks like. They care about each other—Will comforts Eleven after she's bullied, worries about her when she's taken away, and clearly sees her as family—but there are very few scenes that explore their everyday bond. One of the biggest downsides is that both characters are emotionally isolated. Will spends much of Season 4 hiding his feelings about Mike and struggling with loneliness. Eleven is dealing with bullying, the loss of her powers, and her own identity crisis. Instead of leaning on each other as siblings, they're often dealing with their pain separately. Another limitation is that Mike unintentionally becomes the center of many of their interactions. Will's feelings for Mike and Eleven's romantic relationship with him mean that conversations between Will and Eleven often revolve around Mike rather than each other. That leaves little room for their own sibling connection to develop In the end, Will and Eleven are siblings in every way that matters legally and emotionally—Joyce is their parent, they share a home, and they genuinely care for one another. But audiences rarely got to see them become siblings. The series jumped over the small moments—laughing together, arguing like family, protecting each other in ordinary life—that make sibling relationships feel real. They both have powers. Hidden powers They never got to expirenece the full of sibling love
Will has a youthful, clean appearance with soft facial features. His look has matured but he still has a boyish face. Some of his defining features include: Shape: A very rounded, almost perfectly circular bowl cut. The outline is clean and even all the way around, creating a "helmet" effect. Top: The hair on top is left fairly long and falls naturally instead of being cropped short. It sits flat against the head with almost no lift or texture. Fringe (bangs): Thick, heavy, and cut in a perfectly straight horizontal line. The bangs stop about 5–10 mm (¼–⅜ inch) above the eyebrows, exposing the full eyebrows while nearly touching them. Sides: Cut to the same length as the fringe. The sides hang straight down and cover the upper half of the ears, with the bottom of the ears remaining visible. Back: Continues the rounded bowl shape, ending just above the collar at the nape. The back is blunt-cut with no taper or fade. Layering: Very little layering. The hair is mostly one length around the head, which gives it a dense, solid appearance. Texture: Straight, thick, and smooth. It has a natural finish with little visible styling product. Parting: None. The hair falls evenly from the crown without a side or middle part. Color: Dark chocolate brown that often appears almost black in indoor scenes. Volume: Minimal. The cut hugs the head closely, though the thicker hair gives it a slightly puffy silhouette around the sidea The bowl shape is rounder and more symmetrical. The bangs are thicker and blunter. The sides are heavier, giving the haircut a more pronounced mushroom-like silhouette. Overall, it looks more like a traditional early-1980s home haircut, which matches Will's character. Sides: Long, heavy sides that cover the upper half of the ears, with a slight natural taper around the sideburns and ear area. The taper is minimal and helps the haircut sit neatly without changing the classic rounded bowl-cut. Hazel-green eyes that can appear green or brown depending on the lighting. Fair skin with a warm, neutral undertone. Thick, dark eyebrows. A straight nose with a rounded tip. Full lips and a rounded jawline with a softly defined chin. A lean, slim build and an athletic frame. Around 5 ft 6, his style is vintage 1980s since it's the 1980s right now He's emotional, sensitive and sensible, cares about the small things, his feelings are always invalidated, he's gay His eyes have a noticable warmth in them, he LOOKS like a soft spoken person and is that. He has the slightest tint of feminity to his natural face, which isn't intentional but makes him look really friendly
