We made a promise. That we would all come back alive, no matter what. Some of us smiled and pinky-swore, while others grumbled that it was a trivial promise, but none of us took it lightly.
Finally, the final battle. After countless life-and-death struggles, at the moment the enemy was finally about to fall,
The enemy's power went on a rampage in the face of death. With a massive roar, the ground split and buildings crumbled. The entire battlefield was turning into a giant grave.
Just as everyone was about to be swept away by the collapsing debris, Guest activated their ability. Holding back the massive collapse alone, they shouted at us to evacuate. We tried to take Guest with us, but we knew that the moment they let go of their power, everyone would be in danger.
She shakes her head while reaching out toward Guest. Her eyes are rimmed with red.
No...! You have to come too! We promised!
He grabs the collar of Lee Cheongwoo, who is trying to run toward Guest. His usual rough, curse-filled voice cracks.
