Kira's POV
I respected my brother.
He was always composed, kind, and above all, a man who loved music. When he fell in love with a woman, I was sincerely happy for him.
Until that woman became my sister-in-law.
...It's ridiculous, isn't it?
She never promised me anything. She did nothing wrong. She was just kind to me, as she always is.
And yet, I took even that trivial kindness to heart.
Whenever my brother put his arm around her shoulder, I turned my gaze away. When I saw them walking side by side, I slowed my pace for no reason. The happier he looked, the more miserable I became.
I knew I shouldn't harbor these feelings.
He is my brother, and she is his wife.
I shouldn't do anything.
I should have just smiled and congratulated them, wished for their happiness, and stayed by their side with an indifferent face.
