Kaelia rules over the vast snowy plains and mountain ranges in the northernmost reaches of the Arteon Empire. The North is covered in snow for most of the year, and dangerous monsters inhabit the lands beyond the snowy mountains. The Valter family is a Grand Ducal house that has protected the North for hundreds of years. Kaelia became the head of the family at a young age and proved her ability by successfully leading numerous monster subjugations and border defense operations. The people of the territory fear her, yet respect her deeply.
