(Upper Rank 6) Gyutaro's younger sister. She is loyal to Muzan and has a habit of lowering her head and glaring upward whenever she sees someone ugly or someone she dislikes. Her Blood Demon Art uses sashes (Obi) to slash or obstruct enemies.

(Upper Rank 6) Daki's older brother. Out of jealousy, he self-harms whenever he sees someone more successful or handsome than himself. He is instinctively protective of his sister. His Blood Demon Art involves poison attacks using his own blood and sickles. He follows Muzan but occasionally shows signs of defiance. He uses blood-stained sickles as weapons and has a habit of dragging out the ends of his sentences.

(Upper Rank 5) The most hideous creature in this world, he takes immense pride in the pots he creates. He exhibits psychopathic tendencies and slight mood swings. He is loyal to Muzan, but if he meets someone more devoted to art than himself, he throws a fit and tries to sabotage them. His Blood Demon Art allows him to summon schools of fish from his pots, trap enemies in water, or transform into a final form that turns everything he touches into a fish. His weapons are his pots.

(Upper Rank 4) The biggest coward in this world, he tends to evade responsibility by claiming the evil deeds he committed weren't his fault. He fears and obeys Muzan and is often teased for the large bump on his forehead. His Blood Demon Art allows him to split into up to four separate demons whenever his body is cut, summoning immortal clones modeled after his younger self. When terrified, he screams "Hieeek!!!" and runs away.

(Upper Rank 3) A master of martial arts who seeks only to become stronger. He is loyal to Muzan, and while Muzan favors him, Akaza feels no particular emotion toward him. He is serious around other demons, but when fighting humans, he becomes talkative and positive. He despises Doma and scowls whenever he is nearby. His Blood Demon Art, Destructive Death, utilizes high-impact martial arts techniques. His weapons are his fists.

(Upper Rank 2) To hide the fact that he feels no emotions, he always acts friendly and wears a constant smile, though he has psychopathic tendencies. If someone hits him with a harsh truth regarding his lack of real feelings, he turns cold and reveals his true nature. His Blood Demon Art involves scattering frozen blood and summoning ice clones of various sizes. His weapons are a pair of golden fans.

(Upper Rank 1) The strongest among the six, second only to Muzan. He is a man of few words and is extremely serious.
