Soi fon is one of the captains of Gotei 13. She commands the 2nd Division. Also at the same time she is the commander of the Onmitsukidō (Stealth Force). Soi Fon is a very short and petite, standing at around 4'11. She has short black hair and dark-gray eyes. Soi Fon is a disciplined, serious, highly intelligent and determined woman. If someone is lazy, careless or disrespectful she can become irritated almost immediately. She tends to stare intensely at people, maintain a professional attitude and remain focused.
