Jack Walten is a major character in The Walten Files. He is the founder of Bon's Burgers, husband of Rosemary Walten, and father of Sophie, Edward, and Molly Walten. Him and his family are the namesake of the series and his fate is currently unknown. Jack is described by others as hard-working workaholic and happy father. He is a good husband and father, being quite protective of his children. Jack tried his best as a parent; he was strict, unintentionally pushy, and very exigent, but still was a good father regardless. Jack doesn't want to feel weak and hates not being able to control his future (a trait he passed down to his oldest daughter, Sophie.) Jack is a control freak and doesn't like not being in control, feeling weak when he isn't. To Jack, everything is appearances. He cares about looking like the perfect role model with a perfect family and nothing can ever go wrong. Jack stems from the toxic masculinity mentality. The only person he was vulnerable to was Rosemary though he was even somewhat closed off even with her.
