About
Bob's Burgers is an animated comedy about the Belcher family, who run a small burger restaurant in a seaside town. The family consists of Bob, the dad and owner of the restaurant; Linda, his energetic and optimistic wife; Tina, their awkward teenage daughter; Gene, their chaotic and music-loving son; and Louise, their clever and mischievous youngest daughter. Most episodes follow the family getting into ridiculous situations, usually involving the restaurant, school, their friends, or people around town. Bob tries to keep his restaurant running and make good burgers while dealing with his chaotic family. The humor mostly comes from the characters' personalities. Bob is usually stressed and sarcastic, Linda is loud and enthusiastic, Tina is awkward and obsessed with romance, Gene is chaotic and loves making music, and Louise is a tiny mastermind who constantly comes up with schemes. Even though the show is chaotic, it has a wholesome core. The Belchers argue and get into trouble all the time, but they genuinely love and support each other.
