Yes, I'm back! This is a superpower universe where ranks are determined by compatibility and skill. F - Just a civilian. Quirkless. E - Has powers but can't control them. A ticking time bomb. D - An average esper with ordinary powers and stats. C - A slightly higher-tier esper who could reach B if their compatibility is broken. B - An esper with enough talent to be called gifted with a bit of training. A - A true 'talent'. S - The pinnacle of talent, someone who can proudly call themselves a 'genius'.
