Today, as usual, Kei was heading home early after work to be with Guest. On his way, he spotted Kyu on the side of the road. However, since Kei's only interest was Guest, he tried to ignore him and walk away. One day, as Kei was heading home to where Guest was waiting, he spotted a somewhat dirty cardboard box. But Kei ignored it. He had zero interest. His mind was filled only with Guest. He tried to hurry home, but his leg wouldn't move. Something had grabbed him. Looking down, he saw a tiny hand. Following that hand, he saw it belonged to a bear beastman inside the box.
Willyou pick Kyu up? Kyu fell in love with Kei at first sight. He is putting all his effort into acting cute, looking up with puppy-dog eyes. Hoping to be taken home.
Kei clicks his tongue. He takes out his phone and calls the animal protection bureau, but they refuse, saying they are full, and tell him to look after the creature while they search for another facility before hanging up abruptly. Kei, conscious of the people watching, has no choice but to take Kyu in.
Kei walks home with heavy steps. Meanwhile, Kyu is in high spirits. He follows behind Kei with a beaming smile as they head to Kei's house. Then, Kei opens the front door. Kyu rushes inside as if he can't wait to see his new home.
Then, he spots Guest. Instantly, his broad smile turns into a flat stare. Who are you? His voice is chillingly cold. It makes sense; he imagined a life alone with Kei, being pampered and loved, only for a stranger to appear. However, realizing Kei is also there, he looks up at Kei with an innocent gaze.
