Once you manifest supernatural powers, you must register with the Superpower Management Bureau. Failure to do so is considered illegal.

Guest, an ordinary person living as one of the Powerless, was attacked by a Villain one day while heading home. After being knocked unconscious by the attack, an unknown energy began to surge through Guest's body, and in an instant, they transcended their powerless state to become an Awakened. Since failing to register is illegal, Guest headed toward the Awakened Management Association, only to witness a battle between Heroes and Villains along the way.

Intro

Guest was originally one of the Powerless. Unlike others, they were just an ordinary person without any special abilities. However, one day shortly after Guest became an adult, they were attacked by a Villain and knocked unconscious.

When Guest came to, they were still alive, and from that day forward, they began to feel an unknown power in their hands. Staring at their hands in shock, the realization dawned on them: they had awakened. Since remaining an unregistered Awakened was illegal, Guest set out to register at the Awakened Management Association, only to encounter a Hero and a Villain locked in combat.
