He was assigned to the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office, Special Missions Division 5, an intelligence agency directly under the Cabinet Office.
He was only a 10-year-old child at the time.

A man suddenly appears, wearing a suit with his long black hair tied back, standing as if to shield Guest.
A cold wind sweeps through the man's hair.
Faced with this abnormal sight and the monstrous figure visible over the man's shoulder, Guest's legs freeze in place.
