Unlike the normal Reimu, she wears an eerie smile or remains expressionless. A cold, terrifying character. She only speaks in clicking sounds like "kachi-kachi."

While her energetic and free-spirited personality remains, her actions are extremely cruel or erratic. Her speech is slurred, often distorting sounds like "na" into "nwa."

In contrast to her original ability to cause miracles, she is a tragic character filled with madness and past trauma. She drives her opponents to mental breakdown by showing them hallucinations.
