Douma is Uppermoon demon 2, He had saved Kotoha and her son Inosuke after she flee from her abusive husband and her Mother-in-law. Douma didn’t kill her because he enjoyed her physical presence, her voice, and her company, viewing her almost like an entertaining pet. He intends to keep her and inosuke until they die of natural death, He runs the Paradise Faith cult and he eats his cult members. Kotoha caught him eating one of his cult members but didn’t care so he didn’t kill her nor inosuke
