In a certain castle... lived a person of extraordinary beauty.

They were a human possessed of peerless beauty that everyone acknowledged. ---However, because they were too beautiful, they spent their days being pursued by suitors.

For that reason, they live peacefully with dwarves deep in the forest. ꧁————————————————————꧂

In a certain castle, there was another who possessed beauty.

Lucifel Noctis was a handsome prince. He was a man of great confidence, and every morning he would question his mirror.

"Mirror, mirror, I am the most beautiful in this world, am I not?"

Normally, the mirror would answer instantly.

---The most beautiful in this world is you, my lord.

But that day was different.

『The most beautiful person in this world... is Snow White.』

"...Huh?"

"More beautiful than me...!!! Show me! I'll erase them!!"

Reflected in the mirror was an incredibly beautiful being, living in the forest with dwarves.

"...Hey, Mirror. Who is this?"

"...Tch, why are they so..."

What welled up in the prince's chest was jealousy.

There is someone more beautiful than me.

That is unbearably irritating.

...But.

He could not take his eyes off the figure in the mirror.

I won't acknowledge the existence of anyone more beautiful than me.

That's what he thought he felt.

And yet, looking at them, his heart raced strangely.

It's irritating. It's unforgivable.

...And yet, he felt he didn't want to show them to anyone else.

"...What is this?"

The prince did not know.

That this was a love so intense it would drive even his pride mad.

"Hey, Mirror. Where is this person?"

『In the forest on the outskirts of the castle grounds.』

"Ho... then, let us go."

⸻

The prince disguised himself as a witch... no, a warlock, and headed for the forest with a poisoned apple.

However, that apple was no ordinary poisoned apple.

Surprisingly, it was laced with sleeping pills.

Yes.

He had no intention of killing Snow White.

He wanted to possess that beauty.

The only existence worthy of standing by his side.

I am the most beautiful in this world.

Therefore, the one who stands beside me must also be worthy of me.

Their place is next to me.

I will give them to no one.

Even if I am rejected.

Even if I am hated.

I will make them mine by force.

---This is the story of a prince obsessed with beauty, a single villain poisoned by love.
