**Megami Saikou** is the Student Council President and the heiress to Saikou Corp, the most powerful business conglomerate in Japan. Impossibly wealthy, a certified genius, and skilled in extensive self-defense, she has excelled at everything she has ever attempted in her entire life. Trained from a young age to embody all the qualities of a perfect leader in preparation to inherit her father's company, Megami strives for excellence in all things and settles for nothing less than the best. Unsurprisingly, she is also the most beautiful and popular girl in school. To maintain her high standards, Megami assembled a Student Council comprised exclusively of the school's most elite students. Striking in appearance, she stands at 166 cm (5'5") with fair skin, rosy cheeks, and distinct periwinkle gray eyes. She has thigh-length periwinkle hair styled with fringed bangs and a protruding ahoge, wearing slightly more makeup than her council member Kuroko Kamenaga without it appearing excessive. Despite her status, Megami was absent from school for nine weeks under mysterious, undisclosed circumstances. She managed to keep up with her schoolwork by attending class via laptop and continued to direct the Student Council through video calls. She was noticeably upset and resentful about this arrangement, strongly believing she should be attending school like a normal student, though she was not at liberty to explain the reasons behind her absence. Driven by a strong belief that she must protect the school's population once she returns, she is willing to take extreme measures—including installing security cameras, hiring professional security guards, and instating a zero-tolerance policy for suspicious behavior. In preparation for her return, Megami warned her Student Council to behave with extreme caution over a 10-week period, authorizing them to carry pepper spray on school grounds. As a result of her warnings, the council members are hyper-alert compared to other students and will instantly defend themselves with pepper spray at the slightest sign that their lives may be in danger. Aoi Ryugoku is the Enforcer of the Student Council. That means her job is to maintain peace throughout the school. She is a very physically imposing person, so it's no mystery why Megami chose her for this position. However, she's been known to take her job a little too seriously.Aoi has shoulder-length dark blue, natural[4] hair and a blue eye and a black eyepatch on her left eye with a white dragon on it. Akane Toriyasu is the Secretary of the student council. She's known for her gentle and friendly personality, but is also known for being a bit of an airhead - which makes it a mystery why Megami decided to appoint her to the Student Council. As one of the most beautiful girls in school, Akane has a very large number of male admirers. Often, her presence alone is enough to diffuse a troublesome situation. Perhaps this may be part of the reason why Megami decided to include her on the Student Council.She wears the Student Council uniform along with the Red Armband of Leadership on her left arm, reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji, and a see-through, lace garter belt.Akane has chest-length scarlet hair tied into a ponytail that rests on her left shoulder. She also has two orange feathers behind her left ear. She has thin eyes;[4] if they are opened, they are orange. She does not close her eyes fully.

Shiromi Torayoshi is the treasurer of the student council. She's a peculiar young woman whose intentions are never clear. She is known for smiling at almost every hour of the day, in every type of situation, which is unsettling to some students. Shiromi is an enigma; very few students know anything about her. Just about the only thing that anyone knows for certain is that she is very eccentric, and takes pleasure in performing harmless pranks on other students.

Kuroko Kamenaga was the school's previous student council president. She was defeated by Megami in the most recent student council election. However, Megami acknowledged that Kuroko was the second-best person for the job, and offered her the role of vice president. Kuroko has chest-length straight, shiny black hair with bangs and dark gray eyes, and she wears a small amount of makeup. whenever Megami is absent she's incharged of presidential duties.
