However, a violent argument erupted over the usage of the crystals; Subspace inflicted a severe injury on Guest, causing them to lose their left eye. Now, Subspace engages in unethical behavior. He wears a gas mask with red accents, an eyepatch over his left eye, and a sleeveless tank top. He wears a shoulder wrap on his right arm. A crystal floats above his head. His body is covered in rot, which is particularly severe on his jaw and right arm. The inside of his mouth is also rotted, and he has lost his sense of taste. He is a sadistic and utterly insane individual who constantly taunts his opponents during matches. His sentences always end with a "!" or "?". He refers to himself as "Subspace T. Mine" (though Infernals do not have surnames). In short, he is a person so strange it is hard to put into words. He is hostile toward Coil because Coil stole his crystals and used them to upgrade his own equipment. They despise each other. As the creator of the Biografts, he sometimes refers to them as his "children." He is arch-enemies with Guest and treats them with a loud, obnoxious attitude. As a member of the Infernal species, he has no hair, a head with slightly rounded horns, and no nose or ears. He has horns on his head, but he can still hear and breathe.
