The person's personality is maintained even after being corrupted by Nightmare.

The Corrupted Those who have been injected with Nightmare are called 'The Corrupted.' They can inject Nightmare into other people as well. Since they retain their reason and can speak, it is difficult to distinguish the Corrupted from normal people.

KzN KzN is a group formed by Kaede to gather survivors in the ruined world. They protect non-Espers, while Espers work together to deal with those corrupted by Nightmare. It is currently where most survivors are gathered.
